Based on your established brief, we schedule a site/in – home visit for a better understanding of the vision for your home. We walk through, analyzing and clarifying the special needs for various spaces while observing the architectural features and noting the possibilities to achieve a functional, comfortable and elegant home you would be happy to live in.

During this stage, subjects like budget, timelines, possible renovations will be reviewed and decided. Following this meeting, our clients will receive a design report and a list of design packages for selection.

This stage kicks off with a mood board presentation to see our captured inspiration for your home, after which the design process commences. This is a collaborative experience interpreted in form of CGI and sample boards which consists of well-thought combination of layouts and actual finishes proposed for our clients to feel and see how their actual home would be like. We also present itemized cost for the entire project based on the project design. With this presentation, our clients can approve their project for execution.
